เจ้าชายพระองค์น้อยเข้าโรงเรียน

ชีวิตในรั้วโรงเรียนของเจ้าชายพระองค์น้อยได้เริ่มต้นแล้ว ด้วยรอยแย้มพระสรวลและทรงพระสำราญยิ่ง

ในวันเปิดเทอมภาคต้นปีการศึกษา 2551 พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าทีปังกรรัศมีโชติ เจ้าชายพระองค์น้อย ทรงฉลองพระองค์เครื่องแบบนักเรียนครั้งแรก และทรงเข้าเรียนหนังสือประจำชั้นอนุบาล 1/1 รหัสประจำพระองค์ 05031 โรงเรียนจิตรลดา รุ่น 53 โดยสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ทรงขับรถยนต์พระที่นั่ง พร้อมด้วย พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าศรีรัศมิ์ พระวรชายาฯ เสด็จฯ มาส่งพระองค์ทีฯ ที่โรงเรียนด้วยพระองค์เอง

“พระองค์ทีฯ” มีพระพักตร์แจ่มใส ทรงแย้มพระสรวลทักทายคณะครูในฐานะทรงเป็นนักเรียนใหม่
เมื่อได้เวลานักเรียนทุกคนเดินไปเข้าแถวที่บริเวณห้องอนุบาล แล้วเดินไปที่ศาลาผกาภิรมย์ เพื่อเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติ สวดมนต์ ร้องเพลง และทำท่าประกอบเพลงพระเจ้าอยู่หัว-พระราชินี ร้องเพลงมาร์ชจิตรลดา และท่องปรัชญาโรงเรียน

ขณะที่พระองค์ทีฯ ทรงยืนเข้าแถวร่วมกับพระสหายร่วมชั้นเรียน “พระองค์ทีฯ” มีพระอารมณ์แจ่มใสเบิกบาน และทรงพระดำเนินออกจากแถวไปหาท่านผู้หญิงอังกาบ ซึ่งกำลังยืนพูดอยู่บนโพเดียม พร้อมกับทรงขอไมโครโฟนมารับสั่งเอง ซึ่งท่านผู้หญิงอังกาบได้อุ้มพระองค์ทีฯ ขึ้นมา แล้วพระองค์ทีฯ ได้รับสั่งเสียงดังฟังชัดต่อหน้าพระสหายว่า “เด็กๆ ไม่ร้องไห้เลย” 
ทรงเป็นตัวแทนรุ่นเพื่อจะทรงปลอบเด็กนักเรียนที่ร้องไห้งอแงกันหลายคน สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร และพระวรชายาฯ ทรงได้ยินก็ทรงแย้มพระสรวลและทรงปรบพระหัตถ์ให้พระโอรส สร้างความปลื้มปีติประทับใจแก่ผู้เฝ้าฯ อย่างใกล้ชิดยิ่งนัก

นับเป็นช่วงที่ประทับใจแก่ผู้เฝ้าฯ อย่างใกล้ชิดอีกครั้ง เมื่อสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร และพระวรชายาฯ ประทับอยู่ห่างๆ บริเวณรอบนอกเพื่อทอดพระเนตรพระอิริยาบถของพระองค์ทีฯ ตลอดช่วงเวลาที่ทรงร่วมกิจกรรมในช่วงเช้า พระบิดาและพระมารดา ทั้งสองพระองค์ทรงแย้มพระสรวล ทรงปรบพระหัตถ์พอพระทัยในพัฒนาการของพระโอรสพระองค์น้อยที่ทรงร่วมกิจกรรมด้วยความพระสำราญยิ่ง วันแรกของการเปิดเทอมนักเรียนใหม่ต้องไปถ่ายรูปติดบัตรประจำตัวนักเรียน โดย “พระองค์ทีฯ” ทรงเป็นตัวแทนรุ่นพระองค์แรกในการฉายพระรูปติดบัตร  โดยมีครูปลา สางพระเกศาให้อย่างงามเรียบ ระหว่างนั้นคุณครูก็มาเป็นกองเชียร์คอยทูลพระองค์ทีฯ เป็นระยะๆ ว่า...พระเศียรตรงๆ เพคะ ทรงแย้มพระสรวลนิดหน่ึงเพคะ ...นับเป็นการฉายพระรูปที่ทรงพระสำราญยิ่งนัก

การเปิดเทอมในวันแรกมีโปรแกรมเรียนเพียงครึ่งวัน หลังจากเด็กรับประทานอาหารกลางวันเรียบร้อยก็แยกย้ายกันกลับบ้าน พระองค์ทีฯ เสด็จกลับวังศุโขทัยพร้อมพระพี่เลี้ยง โดยมีนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง และคณะครูโรงเรียนจิตรลดา ไปเฝ้าส่งเสด็จ แม้จะประทับในรถยนต์พระที่นั่งแล้วก็ยังทรงหันพระพักตร์โบกพระหัตถ์ลาอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

 The Little Prince’s First Day at Kindergarten

His Royal Highness Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti has officially begun his school life and with what joy! HRH Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti attended his first ever class for the first school semester of the year in May. The little prince, roll number 05031, donned a school uniform for the first time and joined his schoolmates at the kindergarten 1/1 classroom of Chitralada School. HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, accompanied by his royal consort HRH Srirasm, personally drove his son to school.

HRH Dipangkorn Rasmijoti was bright and cheerful on his first day at school. As he was being greeted by his teachers and introduced as a new student he had a big smile on his face. When the time came, all new kindergarten students including the little prince fell into a line before marching to Pakapirom Pavilion to line up again for the national anthem, as well as to pray and sing the song of Their Majesties the King and Queen. The new students also sang the ‘March of Chitralada’, and concluded with a recitation of some verses explaining the school’s philosophy.

While HRH the prince was lining up with his schoolmates, he was jolly and high-spirited. He even fell out of line and walked over to the Headmistress of Chitralada School, Thanpuying Angkarb Boonyatthiti, who was making a speech on a podium. The little prince boldly asked the headmistress for the microphone, and she held him up to the microphone obligingly. Loud and clear, the prince declared, “ The children aren’t even crying ” HRH Dipangkorn Rasmijoti was also appointed a monitor of sorts, in charge of consoling troubled students in his class. HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn and HRH Srirasm, evidently delighted to see their son acting so responsibly, smiled and clapped. Their Royal Highesses also stayed on to observe the prince joining in activities from a distance during the morning session, and seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves.

 

Another mission for HRH Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti on his first day at school was being photographed for his student identification card. The little prince was honored to be the first student in his class to be photographed. His teacher Pla combed his hair to smarten him up for the photo session, while others cheered and coaxed him to sit straight and smile. Everyone enjoyed themselves so much you’d never have guessed it was only a passport photo session!

It was a short first day for HRH Dipangkorn Rasmijoti and his fellow students, who left after having their lunch. HRH Dipangkorn Rasmijoti returned to Sukhothai Palace with his nanny. Students, parents and teachers of Chitralada School saw him off from the school. The little prince, sitting in the royal vehicle, waved back to bid farewell to those seeing him off on his first ever day at school
